2. Booking Consultations
All new clients are required to schedule a FREE 10-minute consultation before confirming a service.
During the consultation, we’ll review your property details, service needs, and provide a custom quote.
Consultation times are subject to availability. We may adjust your appointment time if necessary, and you will be notified promptly.
3. Deposits and Payments
Once your quote is approved, a deposit may be required to confirm your service date.
The remaining balance (if applicable) is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital transfers.
All payments are processed securely.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation or service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
JohnsonM Enterprises LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Service Guarantee
We take pride in our workmanship and use commercial-grade, eco-safe cleaning methods. While we guarantee quality and professional care, we cannot guarantee removal of stains that have permanently damaged the surface.
If you’re dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and address the issue.
6. Property Access and Preparation
Clients must ensure clear access to the property areas to be cleaned (driveways, exteriors, decks, etc.).
Please move vehicles, furniture, or personal items before your scheduled service.
A water source must be available on-site.
7. Liability
JohnsonM Enterprises LLC and its subcontractors are fully insured for property damage and liability.
We are not responsible for pre-existing surface damage, loose materials, or conditions beyond our control.
The client is responsible for notifying our team of any known structural issues, fragile materials, or sensitive areas before service begins.
8. Use of Photos and Testimonials
With your consent, before-and-after photos or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes on our website or social media. No personal information will be shared without explicit permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
JohnsonM Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Privacy
All personal information collected through our website or booking form is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and never sell your data to third parties.
